    You DIDN'T see the graphite on the ground because it's not there!

    It's not like it's new, there've been various district heating projects with small reactors since the 50's.
    Steam is steam. Makes all kind of sense now with the push to decarbonize.
    Trying to squeeze the best out of a Weil-McLain JB-5 running a 1912 1 pipe system.
