Hydrostat 3200 compatibility

I am installing a boiler that has a Hydrostat 3200 on it. My customer would like to have TRV's installed on all his cast iron radiators. Reading over the instructions for the Hydrostat Outdoor Sensor Kit it says it has thermal boost. The thermal boost will raise the boiler temp 10 degrees every 30 minutes. I do not see any instructions on how to turn off the thermal boost. Should I assume the Hydrostat will not work with TRV's and buy a Tekmar 256 to control the boiler instead?
Thanks

Considering that the Hydrostat -- with or without the outdoor kit -- attempts to save fuel by analyzing how the thermostats are calling for heat, and boosts the temperature when the thermal demand is high... I suspect that it is going to fight with the TRVs, which it won't be aware of.
So why bother.
But it is also implied at least that if you turn the economy setting off completely, it won't even try to save...
