Greetings!
Can a Gibson heat pump be paired up with a Goodman hi efficiency furnace? If yes, does coil source (eg., Gibson or Goodman) affect seer rating or am over or under thinking the decision?
Thanks in advance!

Your overthinking. As long as the furnace blowers rated for the heat pumps minimum CFM's and the heat pumps a Matched Set your good.
Now rebates may not be available if the entire "System" is not tested and listed with an ARI #!0 -
Not on topic, just asking. I've never heard of Gibson. Are they an offshoot of another brand?0

Gibson was part of the Nortek...Nordyne whatever they call themselves now. They had Gibson, Kelvinator, Fridigidaire etc etc the last I knew.
@mbed
You can mix and match the furnace with any ac or heat pump but
The condensing unit (outdoor) and the indor coil should be from the same mfg. The furnace just moves air, any furnace with the right blower specs will work2
