I am having my 130000 btu gas/steam boiler replaced. How long does it typically take to rip out the old one and install the new one?

If there are no existing issues, and the old boiler isn't a behemoth that needs to be split, usually one long day with 3 people. 8 to 6 maybe.
And then there's skimming to do.0 -
If there's any substantial amount of piping to be done, such as a header, Hartford loop, replacing wet returns, etc, that can turn into several days.
There's really no pat answer to your question since every job varies. And cutting, threading and assembling black iron takes time.
