False temp reading
Hoots
Member Posts: 1
I set the temperature on my voyager gas fired water heater to 115 degrees. And the temperature display will start reading between 150-200 degrees. I know it's not that hot. And we actually run out of normal hot water. But it will stay warm. And never completely turn cold. Kinda seems like it thinks it's hot and want ignite back. But really isn't. Not sure how it's staying warm. And I have no blinking lights on display for troubleshooting. Thanks

Have you checked the troubleshooting section in the manual? https://htproducts.com/literature/lp-43.pdf
Are the status lights behaving normally?
Are saying that it is heating correctly but showing an incorrect temp?"If you can't explain it simply, you don't understand it well enough"
