Your amp draw is low which suggests a damaged compressor that is not pumping like the compressor is 1/2 working.0 -
What about noncondensibles? shouldn't the high side pressure be about 250 with an ambient of 80? or maybe a bad cap on the condenser fan so it isn't running at full speed

er i only partially read a post on checking for noncondensibles. not really sure what the high side pressure should be.
