well mclain boiler ignition issue

in Gas Heating
have a technician friend on a job site saying that hes working on a well mclain boiler & the module is giving flame failure led , he replaces the polite assembly which include spark, flame sensor & polite, but hes still getting the same issue ,can this be most likely, the module faulty if he repalced the polite assembly already, I will attach the boiler info & module model ,any information would help.so I can help him. well mclain module # 1135-605

Could be several things, bad module, bad flame sensor or flame sensor wire, grounding. Have the tech call tech services 800-654-2109.0

Make sure you have the grounding tight and clean. Also check the flame signal with a meter0

I did advise him over the phone ,to double check grounding & sensor signal ,thanks for the quick respond guys0
