Any Info on this Boiler?

Would someone please take pity and tell me what this boiler is, and why I can't find any info on it. Googling the plate info gives no useful results, and the usual parts supplier cross references show nothing like this model number. It's a gas atmospheric, but I don't know the age. Probably no later than the 90's. Any info, anyone? Thanks in advance.

Sorry for the delay - computer issues. Having to repair it for the heating season. Scrappers got to it and removed anything brass or copper, so I'm having to completely rewire it. The owner doesn't have the resources at present to replace it, so I'm trying to coax it along for another season or two. The manual was tremendously helpful.0
