Hi, guys, my elder brother is working as a safety officer in a ship maintenance company. Last day in our normal conversation he told me that his company needs an expert team for the oil and gas forging. Their company had a team but unfortunately, they cancelled the contract. now they are searching for a better team to do these forging works. Can anyone share some thoughts which will be really helpful?

    Quite seriously: consider looking for a team in Poland or Finland and either outsource to them or bring them over if they can get work visas.
