    Yes! Not all customers need to be our customers. Let them be someone else's customer!

    I wish the office understood that a little better.

    Remember reading --- it's so true. I went out as a consultant almost 30 years ago and over that time have built quite a few businesses. Weeding out bad customers is a necessary art or they will eat you alive.

    When you’re younger, you’re more vulnerable to those types of customers. They see you as prey and you don’t know yet that it’s ok to walk away, that there’s plenty of good jobs to come. But once you’ve been bit a couple times, things change quickly.
