Hi
I have a question on Honeywell v4083 wiring.
Can i cut the two read leads and use connectors instead of connecting to the terminal.
Thank you

The red wires are just the end switch that proves that the valve is open. It does not matter what kind of connector you use.

Thank you Zman, the head i bought has two red wires and two yellow wires and my old head has two red wires one yellow-and one orange. Will that be an issue or it will be fine with the new head having two yellow wires Thank you

yellow and orange are the wires for the motor, (if you look inside the new head you will see the two yellow wires are connected to a yellow and an orange inside the motor. The polarity of the motor wires does not matter. You will be fine with the new head. Red wires, as Zman said, are the end switch, again, polarity does not matter.
