Triangle tube solo 60 noise when ignite

I installed Triangle Tube Solo 60 six year back and doing service each year. Few months back service technician fixed recall and since then I am hearing noise when it’s ignite the flame on display. Can anyone advise? Can you recommend Triangle Tube boiler good technician ?

    What did they replace on recall?
    Was combustion analysis done?

    I believe the recall was just securing the flue and make-up air connections to the cabinet which should not have effected performance.

    Agree with Zman: A combustion analysis is the first step.
