Circulator pump Noise

Member Posts: 9
Why is the circulator pump making noise (buzzing or rattling)? Is this normal? What can be done about? I am using new Taco circulator pump. I tried to emptying water and bleed. The circulator pump has connected to relay. Whats a recommended pump with no noise and long lasting? Looking frwd valuable inputs. Thank you and take care.

Some picture would sure help as well as some background on recent changes to the system. Would you be able to upload a video with the sound?

What is the Taco model # of the pump Rindor? Is the pump horizontal or vertical to the floor? On the motor tag is the amp rating. Under normal operation you should draw rated amps. Could be debris around the impeller or air bound as well. Please call into Taco Tech Support if you have any questions. Mon-Fri 8am-5pm EST 401-942-8000 just ask operator for Tech.0
