Ultra 105 Series 3 Ignition Fault

My Ultra Series 3 105 boiler keeps going out on ignition fault when there is little demand.  To get it fired back up I have to put my hand over the intake horn to choke it.  I have changed out the ignitor and cable and just had it annual cleaning.  As long as there is demand, the boiler keeps working with no issues, but as soon as it gets a bit warmer outside it goes off on ignition fault.  Any suggestions on how to adjust?  My local service guy is real nice, but does not seem to have a lot of understanding of these boilers.

Has been setup with a digital combustion analyzer? If so, what are the numbers?

Agree with ☝️. WM wants to see 9% CO2 high fire, 8.4% CO2 low fire, less than 60 PPM CO on either.
Nat gas lockup 5 in. minimum.
Without those numbers, we're throwing darts.
