Burnham K2

in Gas Heating
I have a Burnham K2 modulating gas boiler that's 1 year old under warranty. I replaced the circulator pump a few months ago due to failure. Now it's making a loud vibrating noise. I can't find any way to talk to someone from Burnham (US Boiler Co.) Any help would be appreciated.

    Where did you purchase it from?

    You need to talk to the contractor who installed it or, if you bought it yourself, the supply house. A warning: if you bought it yourself, it may not be under warranty at all.
