Customer complained after recent install slow hot water to Kitchen and bath faucets but not shower. Makes not sense. Temp good but says slow getting there. Going over later this week to check. Any ideas?

Are are you getting the minimum 1/2 gpm flow through the faucets?
Some pressure balanced shower diverters will allow hot to pass to the cold side when turned off. This will cause the heater not to fire when a faucet is opened because the diverter is bypassing from hot to cold or vice versa.Bob Boan

What is the water temp setting? If over 125f May need to turn it down to increase flow of hot water. Seems counter intuitive.0
