Whistle noise from Beckett AFG burner on Rand Reardon Boiler

My new Reardon Rand boiler with Beckett AFG burner whistles, or makes a harmonic type noise.  I have good flame, good draft (tested using a smoke machine) and zero carbon or soot. Any ideas would be great.  Ed

    I never heard of that manufacturer so I did  a search. Makes sense now.
    What did the smoke machine show?

    Sometimes you just have to play with things to find out why it;s making noise.

    So you have draft and 0 smoke. Did you check Co and Co2. If not your still running blind

    I pray you were not being snarky.  I installed it myaelf.  Cannot afford 12500 to 15000 to have somebody install it.  And, if I do say so I did a pretty damned good job.  2 minor leaks Now fixed.  Never sweated copper before.  Filled it bled it and fired it without issue.  Ed

    @etabor , we're not being snarky. Unless you have a digital combustion analyzer and the know-how to use it, it's time to call a pro.

    Boilers do not come pre-set from the factory. No installation is complete without a combustion analysis. Your family's safety is at stake.

    thank you for the offer.  I called Anthony’s Affordable Heating Cooling and he is to be out in less than a week now.  When I called he was scheduling 3 weeks out.
