Nest thermostat Error

Yeah, 2 things.
Dump the nests.

Make sure they are wired correctly.
What other controls are on the boiler, and how are the Nests wired?
Zone valves or circulators?
Zone panel or relays?
Common wires to the Nests?

The Nests, when wired in 'power stealing' mode (no common) rely on the potential difference between the R & W to keep themselves charged. That goes away when a thermostat calls for heat, which is literally connecting R to W thought a relay contact. Either add a common (from the right power source, if multiple), or an independent power source.0
