Have to replace my old brass wirsbo manifold with uponor, the problem is i don't know the length of my pex hoses, there in cement. Is there a thumb of rule for the flow

After you install the new manifold and have all the air purged, just simply adjust the flow setters until you have equal flow on each loop. Then, after the floor has reached equal librium, measure the delta T between the supply and return of each loop. Adjust again (if necessary) so that the delta T is near equal on each loop.Bob Boan
