How to increase the 'Boiler Temperature Setpoint' value on Viessmann 222-F Vitotronic 200 HO1B?

Can someone please provide me with instructions on increasing the "Boiler Temperature Setpoint" temperature on my Viessmann 222-F Combi boiler with Vitotronic 200 HO1B controller?

For some reason the value is currently set to 41 degrees and this is preventing the boiler from firing even though heat is being demanded.

    The only references to that controller I can find reference its use with a heat pump system, with the option of an external heat source. Is that the case here?
