I have a Series 2 Model 209 from which an unknown person in the past removed and hot-wired around a blown flame rollout switch. I found the switch and mounting bracket, and have purchased a new switch. The burners were a mess and I cleaned them; I've observed it for hours and the flames look really good.
What I haven't done, yet, is figure out just where the switch mounts. The manual page shows some arrows but not in enough detail for me to see just where it is supposed to go, and I don't see an obvious place after a fair bit of careful scrutiny of the burner area.

It looks like it mounts to the burner door, behind the gas valve.
It would be wise to have a combustion test done after its complete.0 -
