Just just using some quick rule of thumb, you’d probably have about 40’ of head @ 22 gpm. Your head may be somewhat lower due to the section of 2” pipe involved. Is it iron or copper pipe?

A Taco 2400-50 may come close.

If you contact them, they can size it for you.

This is from my "GoTo" book on the subject.

Look at the section second from the bottom "PUMP HEAD"

If that is the only pump on the system, that formula works. If it is a zone off of a central boiler that does more than just the section you described, then you add 33% to the total equivalent length for the piping from the boiler to the zone That is on page 13 of this:http://media.blueridgecompany.com/documents/ZoningMadeEasy.pdf
But you will want to read page 7 first to get the whole picture.

After you make that expensive repair and you still have the same problem, What will you check next?

Bet bet is a B & G system sizer you can calculate it yourself. You can get a B& G wheel or go online and download the app.

If the 700 feet of pipe one way or out and back?
