FURNACE HELP

I was doing work on a Goodman Furnace (M# GMSS96060) and the heating sequence began. Thermostat called for heat and the inducer would kick on, then the flame would light and gas pushed through to the burners. When the blower kicked on however, the flame would go out and come back on about 10-15 seconds later. The flame stayed on after this but is it normal for the flame to go out everytime the blower kicks on? What could cause this?

I'd be checking for a hole in the heat exchanger if the flames do anything when the blower comes on.

Air might be pushing the flame away from the sensor. Or off on limit. Or air pressure switch opening. Take your pick.

Could be a dirty or bad flame rod

Does the Diagnostic LED have any "Blink Code" (Error Code) while the burner is off?

After you make that expensive repair and you still have the same problem, What will you check next?
