Thermostat CPH?

I have a Honeywell rthl2510c1002 running oil/steam boiler and noticed there’s no cycle per hour settings available.

What’s the downside of continuing with this thermostat?

    The possibility of short cycling.

I've found that 1-3CPH works best for pretty much everything.

    Edit:

I've never seen a digital Honeywell which doesnt have the CPH setting.

For a basic programmable stat I like the TH4110D1007.

I've had nothing short of perfect results Honeywell's FocusPro line.
