Navien NPE-180 keeps needing to be reset

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to read this and possibly helping me find a solution. I have a Navien 180 combi boiler that randomly turns itself off numerous times a day when the temperature outside gets below 35 degrees. To get it to work again I just need to press the reset button and it starts again. Sometimes it will stay running for hours and other times its only minutes. This only happens when its cold outside and never in the summer. We have had a tech out who can't seem to figure out how to fix it. We have had the unit descaled, flame rod replaced, main board replaced, a transformer replaced, burner cleaned, and other general maintenence done with no luck to resolve the issue. If anyone has any advice on what else we could try I would appreciate it.

Did anyone do a combustion analysis and adjustment?0

I don't think so. Is that something I could do myself or does it require special equipment?0

Requires special equipment. Is critical to proper installation of that type of boiler.0
