Why would my circulator pumps on my Wirsbo 311 be running when system is not calling for heat? Warm weather shutdown down is active but floor is getting warm

Do you have an indirect water heater? Are there check valves installed?
I picture with description of which circulators are running would help.

Have variable speed injection pumps on a completely Wirsbo system 17 years old. Pumps have internal checks. Pump running is the loop circ.

there must be a t stat calling, a shorted wire, or a stuck relay.
Has it worked in the past?

What is the controller telling you? Does it have a target temp and a percentage of modulation?
I would verify that all the sensors are being read by the controller and are attached to the pipe. The controller will do weird things if input data is bad.
BTW, that is a rebranded Tekmar, if you are having trouble finding manuals you can usually match it up with a Tekmar.
