Utica 15b error 62

Hey everyone, fairly new to homeownership and third year in the house and the boiler keeps throwing an error 62 code, the manual just says that it’s a soft lockout with a automatic reset. My issue is that it keeps happening and was just wondering if anyone had a more in depth idea of what would cause the error could be. The boiler was originally installed in 2014. Thanks in advance!

Also I forgot to mention that it does fire up and heat the house, but after a few hours it throws the code and then you have to turn off the heat at the thermostat for the 1 hour auto reset to start

I'm not familiar with a model 15b. Can you get the full model from the boiler data tag?

A couple of pics of the boiler and its near piping would be helpful.

That pilot assembly can act finicky if everything isn’t right with it.

If that masonry chimney doesn't have a SS liner, you may not be drafting properly and be getting flue gas condensation which will eventually cause it to deteriorate. Poor drafting can also cause pilot issues.
