How to open radiator cover

in THE MAIN WALL
Hello,

in the bathroom I have a small steam radiator that gets hot too fast and collects water and starts banging. I would like to take a look at the pitch or replace the vent, however I couldn’t find a way to remove the cover.  
Any idea?

    If I were sitting there, disconsolately staring at it, I'd probably start by wiggling, trying to slide, trying to twist... just trying to get to move the little thingy on the frame at the top centre. I'm going to bet that it's a catch of some kind.
