Room and floor thermostat ?

For the most part I have been successful (after adjustments) with radiant floor in my projects simply using outdoor reset. Have only used a floor sensor in one project -- a large room with thick slab/tile and lots of glass. Use it as an upper limit -- the room will overheat on cold sunny days. Plus -- the room has another heat source. Have also used simple thermostats to lower the heat in particular room by turning off the loop ... bedrooms mostly

I'm trying to understand how and when people use slab floor sensors -- and who makes a good one. I see Azel makes a simple one. Any Advise?

I had a thermostat in the above mentioned glass room ... but, it would turn off too fast when the sun came out. The slab worked better ... I still need to play with it a tiny bit ... but after 20+ years I know what to do. I have two slabs in my new project with very different situations. One like a basement .... the other open and full of glass
