My friend went to Allentown to retube a boiler and his tools are lost enroute. Does anyone sell or rent retubing tools there or a retubing company

CS&E in the north hills of Pittsburgh, Pa. have been re-tubing boilers for years. You could call them and ask 412-821-8900 They may know of a company closer to the job site.
