Getting old paint off metal radiator covers

How can I find someone to remove old paint from metal radiator covers without smelling up whole apartment? Or find someone to do it in my area?

Difficult. Most paint removers either do smell, or don't work. Can you physically remove the covers and take them out to an open area where they can be worked on?
I would suggest, barring that, that you find a really good and reputable painter, and seek their advice.Br. Jamie, osb

If they are covers and easily removable, you could have them dip stripped (assuming metal) and repainted offsite.0
