Hello there! I have a K2 combi, about a year old, and suddenly, it is not longer producing hot water! Haven't changed any settings but the boiler temperature dropped from the usual 170~ to 70~. Rate has gone to zero and no flame signal. Anything to do from my end before calling a technician?

It never hurts to cycle power to the unit. You could also go through the menu and check error log.
You more than likely need to call a tech. Checking the log might allow the tech to have the replacement parts to fix the problem on the first trip."If you can't explain it simply, you don't understand it well enough"

Yes, went through the menu and looked through, just showing up as not firing/way below set temp. Can you clarify on cycling power to the unit? Sorry I am new to this0
