1 zone won’t stop at temp

I have a 2 zone hydro air system. One of the zones will not stop cooling once the temperature is reached as set on T-stat and the other zone won’t cool down enough- not a lot of air coming out of registers. The controller is an Aprilaire 6202. Any ideas on what the problem could be?

Thermostat 1 is controlling damper 2?

Are they 2 or 3 wire dampers?

The damper is 2-wire. The light on it is not illuminated but it is on the other damper.

Pull the thermostat on the problem zone see if the light go out , if yes thermostat is the problem . If no pull the other thermostat , if yes the zone control wires are crossed and if no you have a short in the wire...
