My wife and I are moving west. Actually, my wife and dog Little Man, have already moved west. I'm still back in the Chicago area getting this house ready to sell and paring down on some extra things that I no longer need. As you can see, I take care of my things. The tools pictured here were used in my shop only. I have priced them to move. I'm not looking to retire off this. : )
Total cost for everything here is $1750.00 firm, non-negotiable. I threw in the heatinghelp mouse pad and the B&G desk mats to help push you over the edge.
And, as gasoline is cheap and I happen to have some time now. I'm willing to deliver anywhere with 120 miles of Elk Grove Village, Illinois; either to your shop or a meeting place, your call.
The best way to get a hold of me is via email - stephen.minnich@yahoo.com
I have to move these so if there is no interest here, I'll be posting this to Instagram and local supply houses.

To where are you moving?Bob Boan

Henderson, NV, 10-15 to Vegas one way and 10-15 minutes to Boulder City the other way.
My wife has family there and starts her new job Monday. She’s a Certified Nurse-Midwife. I can do my job from anywhere now.Steve Minnich0 -
I’ve never been a gambler and no plans to start. Not sure how I avoided that vice? 😎Steve Minnich0

@Steamhead @Alan (California Radiant) Forbes - I retired from contracting in October, 2018. Mind was willing, but my body quit. Consulting, designing, writing, and working on my own place at a much slower pace is what keeps me in the game now.Steve Minnich1

Maybe some time to do some exploring as well. Utah and New Mexico have a lot to offer. If you're a mountain biker, Moab is a mecca.
Good luck to you and your wife.8.33 lbs./gal. x 60 min./hr. x 20°ΔT = 10,000 BTU's/hour

I started doing some yoga, a nice low impact stretch that you can do must anywhere. Weather is nice so yoga outside is fun, watching the clouds roll by.Bob "hot rod" Rohr

@hot_rod A few years back, my daughters were doing hot yoga every Sunday morning. They may have mentioned that it wasn’t easy?
4-5 minutes into my first session, the instructor walks over and asks if I’m ok. My response - “Oh yeah, I got this.”
2-3 minutes later, he returns and says - “You’re not looking too good. Maybe you should take a break.” I let’m know that I’m a Boiler Guy and I swing wrenches that weigh 50 pounds all day long, every day of the week.” He walks away looking back over his shoulder, shaking his head.
A minute or two go by and he’s back, grabbing me by the arm and escorting me to a safe place where I can no longer hurt myself with stubborn pride.
I couldn’t breathe, was drenched in sweat, and my legs were wobbly.
So Bob, before I commit to just “yoga”, I need some reassurances. 😎Steve Minnich1 -
My wife has been doing yoga for many years, she is my instructor here at home, so I am starting out super simple, 30 minutes of some easy basics, mostly core and back stuff for my aging back
I think the key is to start at your comfort level, not the instructors👌Bob "hot rod" Rohr
