Heater makes obnoxious noise even when idling

My heater is the HouseWarmer-35,000 BTU wall heater. When it’s idling it’s making an extremely noisy sound that I can’t quite identify.
Here’s a link to a video showing the sound:

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

Is there an auto/manual fan switch somewhere? Maybe someone pushed it by accident.
Fan or assembly is out of balance or loose.0 -
