Turkish toilet bowl?

In Turkey and Asia I've seen toilets with bidet function.
There's a nozzle in the bowl so that I can refresh my bottom by opening a valve.
Like a water fountain for other end.
Are they available here?

    Check out these Toto add on seats, pretty well designed. You need a power plug near the toilet, of course.
