Chilled Water Air Handler & Ducting

I need some help. I had a local contractor lined up to help and he has flaked out because of the virus and now I am stuck. What I am looking for is help with design work on the ducting for a 2000 sqft section of my building that will be cooled only with a chilled water air handler. The floor has radiant heat in it and we are a winery so we have a chilled water source for our tanks. We have built the entire building ourselves and want to continue doing that but need someone that is willing to design the duct work for us. Of course we are willing to pay for the design service as we did for the radiant system. Thanks you in advance.

If you want to use high velocity air, UNICO will do a design. You can probably do most of the install yourself as well.
