Gasmaster Boilers

in THE MAIN WALL
Does anyone have any experience in programming (Solas controls) or trouble shooting a Gasmaster condensing Boiler?
That was installed in the 350.000 square foot Building i work in Soho section of NYC ? Gasmaster and there service rep have been unhelpful in correcting the problems. The Boilers were installed 2 years ago with constant problems. Attached is the boiler size. thanks Dan

    Never saw one but from what I have herd they are nothing but trouble

    No heat exchanger maintenance.

    In the right conditions Lochinvar Crest and FTXL are have to be close to 99%+ efficient. I was seeing 1-2F approach temps on flue vs return water at low fire at my lost job that had one.

    The way most engineers I;ve seen pipe them and pump selection, they are usually 86-90% efficient if I take th time ot adjust the reset curve.
