Vibrate As in bang? or more like a tone? or... ?
Is the valve closing with or against the flow? For that matter, is there flow -- pump still running?Br. Jamie, osb

Was the complete valve replaced? or just the actuator? If the complete valve replaced, it may be installed backward. As the valve closes softly, a ball sets against the valve seat when the water flows in the proper direction. If the water is flowing backward the water pressure will slam the ball against the valve seat when the ball gets close to the seat.
Look for the water flow direction on the valve body, or indication of inlet and outlet.Edward Young Retired
After you make that expensive repair and you still have the same problem, What will you check next?

Just the actuator was replaced. The previous one when working did not bang the pipes.0
