Flue temp sensors condensing boilers

Hey all, we have been seeing some flue sensors coming out of there ports on boiler outlet pipes due to deteriorated grommets on boilers that are fairly new. The flue gasses are mostly contained within the boiler jacket when this occurs as long as front cover is on. But some could get out. Also of course components will get eaten up best scenario, worse scenario it gets in habitable space. Just alerting all to check flue sensors and grommets holding them for deterioration, let mfr know of issues if you find them.

NTC or something like that. Sold by Ferguson's had a recall on that. I was notified and paid to replace them on the one I installed.0
