We did a job 15 years ago in San Francisco where the engineer specified Aprilaire components with sensors in each zone and the thermostats in the mechanical room. Here are the components we used then:
8870 thermostat
8818 distribution panel
8825 hub (distribution panel)
8811 adaptor
8027 transformer
8051 flush mount sensors (L40-491)
They probably have a new generation of controls by now; possibly even smart thermostats.
8.33 lbs./gal. x 60 min./hr. x 20°ΔT = 10,000 BTU's/hour
Two btu per sq ft for degree difference for a slab0 -
I'd use Honeywell T9 thermostats and just wire them to the zone control panel in the mechanical room.0

I had already checked the Aprilair 8920W as a possibility as this was the newest model and was told they had nothing. I will find out more about other models directly from manufacture.

Tekmar will have several models with that capability."If you can't explain it simply, you don't understand it well enough"
