Thermostat help

Hello guys, I been battling for a while trying to save as much gas as possible thus maintaining a good temperature for me and my tenant (2 story multifamily house). I recently installed a new Sensi thermostat (only in my apartment) and I am wondering which setting would work the best. Please see the 2 pictures and let me know which setting may be better for heating and more energy efficient $$.
Regards,
Alfonso

What kind of heating system is it? Steam? Hot water baseboard?
Hot water with standing CI radiators? Forced air? Does it have any zoning or any other controls besides the t-stat in your apartment?0 -
Steam radiators, no zones. The thermostat is in my living room.0
