Help with steam trap replacement

I need help finding replacements for the following steam traps. They are leaking around the covers. I’m under the assumption that the threads (or bolts) are stripped.
¾ inch dunham #4
½ inch dunham v2-v3
¾ inch barnes and jones 2136
¾ inch barnes and jones 1990
½ inch barnes and jones 1964

@BaptistChurchOakPark , the covers might just need tightening. Or, the system may be running at too high a pressure. Or both.

I'll send barnes and jones a message. I have talked to them previously and found that dunham #4 is no longer being made.

The covers have been tightened but some of them keep coming loose. this and one of my 2 boilers is over filling for some reason.
I'm thinking that some of these steam traps are broken closed or possibly a condensate return line is plugged causing condensate to return too slowly? I have also never cleaned the cleanouts and niether did my old boss. So the cleanouts at elbows havent been cleaned out as far as i know for at least 25 years. The water level in the sight glass never changes however.

I'll try and figure out the operating pressure.
