Looking for construction detail for double floor plates for gypsum pour

Anyone have a website I can get a construction detail for the typical double floor plates used for a 1.5" gypsum pour. I've searched everywhere I can think and not finding.
I know it is simply adding a 2nd 2x4 (or 2x6) at the walls where pour will be done but I'd like to have clarity in a detail to add to plans for construction bids I am getting.

You want to either double the bottom plate or install blocking between the studs. The drywall will get wavy at the bottom if there is no backing."If you can't explain it simply, you don't understand it well enough"

Don't forget to raise the rough-in heights on the doors.

It is just a matter of adding another bottom plate. Just build it like you are building walls on the main subfloor, but with another 2 x 4 on the floor. Like STEVEusaPA said, don't forget to raise doors up. Just make sure to take all your measurements off the lower 2 x 4.

Thanks guys - I get it and I've seen it done enough - but was hoping to secure a construction detail to include in plan set details. I think we all know verbal requests mean nothing so I need documentation to assure all bidders see/understand same.0

You could probably just copy one off the internet...

Yep, been searching about 20 ways to no avail - that link similar to what I did and none I see are even close to usable for residential framed floor single level. oh well, thanks for trying -0

2X6 or 2X8 bottom plate give you nailing for carpet strip, if that is ever an option. Gyp doesn't hold carpet tack nails very wellBob "hot rod" Rohr
