    1935 CK machine.

    Of course it's still running.

    Single pipe 392sqft system with an EG-40 rated for 325sqft and it's silent and balanced at all times.

    don't those use hydrogen sulfide refrigerant?

    No.
    That specific one uses sulphur dioxide. The ones I have use methyl formate.



    The specific model shown uses approximately 20kwh per month. Compare that to a typical modern refrigerator.

    yeah, SO2. I was thinking the wrong anhydrous acid...

    The 1933 CA I've been using in my kitchen since 2015 costs me $3-5 per month in electric. And that's with the temperature set to 32F.
