Taco HEC-2 Bumblebee Buttons not working?

Member Posts: 20
I have a quad using 8 Taco bumblebee's in its heating system. I recently decided to change 4 of the pumps from delta-T to SP mode however none of the 4 pumps I tried to change the programming on will respond to any button pushes. These pumps were installed in a 2016 upgrade so they arent that old. Anybody else encounter this problem or have any suggestions on how to fix? Thanks!

Good morning Hotsause
I'm following up on this. can you provide some feed back for the team? I asked Steve from Taco tech support to reach out to you for better Customer service, but at the same time, this is an awesome forum for learning:)
I know from my previous experience with HEC, is those buttons can be finicky, and I'm guessing that's what it was. thanksJoe Mattiello
