Intellihot combo boiler

We had installed intelihot i201X recently. Every time we turn on hot water or heat, it is making loud thud or fire cracker type of noise inside. Some times it is continuous. All the tech around us does not seem to know this company or understand the problem. We had our propane supplier company check out tank pressure gauges and water column at exit of tank and inside boiler, which runs at 11 to 12.5. Any body can help explain and resolve issue would be appreciated.

    Check the "Find a Contractor" tab at the top of the page.
    You want to find someone who can perform a combustion analysis on you unit. Depending on your region, that may be a hard person to find.
