Design specs of air vents and the Gorton #2

How can i find the design specs - temperature rating and vent rate of most vents ? I had know idea that a gorton #2 closed at 110 degrees . Thought they all shut above 200 . Do i look up the patent ? Much help is needed . I have Jerrys vent guide . Gorton has nothing on there site about it . Don't like secrets from suppliers when im designing a good steam system.

    The patents tell you how it works but none of the makers have any practical data on the vents at useful pressures (like one ounce). That’s why Steve and me did our own charts.
