    You could add 30 feet or so without too much of an issue. Installers that buy 1000' rolls often cut it into three 333' loops :)

    A 300' loop at .5 gpm is just under 3'head, a 330' just over 3'. from the RadPad quick calc.

    Be sure the plywood fasteners catch those aluminum plates so they don't move around and squeak.

    Plates when not properly fastened can make noise when the tubing expands and contracts. I used to install systems and re pipe other peoples problem systems. So I have heard a few noisy plate jobs. We always follow the manufacturers specifications attaching the plates for that reason. Laying down plates loose like that could be a problem.
