You could add 30 feet or so without too much of an issue. Installers that buy 1000' rolls often cut it into three 333' loops
A 300' loop at .5 gpm is just under 3'head, a 330' just over 3'. from the RadPad quick calc.

Plates when not properly fastened can make noise when the tubing expands and contracts. I used to install systems and re pipe other peoples problem systems. So I have heard a few noisy plate jobs. We always follow the manufacturers specifications attaching the plates for that reason. Laying down plates loose like that could be a problem.I am the walking Deadman
