Just curious: if all your zone require TMVs, why not let the boiler's ODR control the SWT? Assuming they're all within about 15* of each other.Bob Boan

I would have done that if I had a design temp on the zones. In this case the customer installed his own zones and is not sure what temp he's planning to run them at. I plan to set them all low and allow him to do what he wish's..0

Thanks Alan, I'll keep that in mind but the company i work for sticks with a small number of units. The HTP has been a good system for us. And thank you Tim. I'll be starting the system tomorrow once the plumber get's the water on for me.
